Per the Forest Brook HOA Covenants and Restrictions (Article XI - Architectural Review - Section 1) No building, fence, wall or other structure or additional landscaping shall be erected, altered, repaired, planted or removed until the building plans, building specifications, a plot plan showing the building location, elevation drainge and lot grading of the lot and landscaping plan shall have been furnished to and approved in writing by a majority vote of the Architectural Review Committee for compliance.

  • Improvement/Addition setbacks:
  • 20' from front
  • 5' from either side
  • 40' from rear
  • Max 35' in height
  • Improvements may NOT be placed in a utility or drainage servitude
  • Driveway extensions may NOT be closer than 2' to any side lot line
  • Fences, walls and hedges are not to be taller than 6' in height
  • Pools/Decks may not be visible from the roadway and must be at least 20' from the rear property line
  • Sheds under 100 square feet may be located 5' from the rear and side property lines
